The manager's personalized attention. The beautiful king room featured high-quality bedding, ensuring a restful sleep. The views from our window showcased the tranquil mountain landscape.

The distance to the main entrance of the attractions requires some walking.

we went to This hotel in Aug. we can honestly say that, despite staying in many hotels, this will always be the one to remember. Amazing room / bathroom / service / restaurants / service &The staff and management bend over backwards to make sure you have an amazing holiday in every way. We enjoyed here alot .

It is ok in terms of money&value.

Old amenities, furniture. Food could be better. Personal have to be trained a little more, we got in situation, when clerk didnt know if breakfast included or not (I knew not), my hubby didnt and when he asked do we have to pay or not, he sad breakfast included. In checking out price show up, my hubby got really confused , manager had to take out the price? I didnt want to fight with my hubby , so we left.

Staying at the Petra Sella was a good experience. The staff, particularly Shadi, ensured that I felt welcome throughout my stay. They promptly upgraded me to a modern room with a balcony after I arrived, a nice surprise. The beautiful king room featured large windows that offered fine views of the mountains. It had high-quality bedding. Breakfast was a highlight, with hot dishes served daily, especially the 'eggs to order' option that added a personal touch. There were a couple of downsides. Wi-Fi security was weak, with some sites not opening, frustrating. The bathroom could benefit from some improvements, though the cleanliness was commendable with fresh towels always available. Mr Shadi even offered to drive me to various local attractions, greatly appreciated. Despite the few inconveniences, it was a nice stay overall that I would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.
